Losing Baby Weight
I've been working on losing the baby weight and am now within 15 pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight. Breast feeding helps and hinders at the same time. It does burn around 500 calories a day. You also need to eat an extra 300 calories a day. You also have to watch out for working out too much so the milk doesn't dry up. And of course your boobs get bigger. I went a C/D depending on the brand of bra to a DD/E. So today when I tried putting on this black and white striped button-up satin shirt I bought before getting peggers I was so excited because as I'm buttoning it up it's fitting wonderfully. Until I get to the girls. I got the gap. Where your boobs are too big and it barely buttons and has that lovely gap. Good news? Yay I fit into it again! Bad news? My boobs are too big!! Another little hidden bonus no one told you about breastfeeding
